I love Easter. It's one of those holidays that has little fuss. It's a relaxing family get together with lots of food. Kind of like Thanksgiving (which I also love), but in the springtime. I'll post some of the recipes from today's meal later in the week, but for now I'm going to enjoy the day with Nick, as I hope you do with your families.
